Description

The 3M™ Versaflo S-433 Series Headcover and Hood combines respiratory protection with head, or head, neck and shoulder coverage. Additionally, these headtops also provide eye and face protection. The headtops are designed to be used with 3M air delivery units to form a respiratory protective device, it is compatible with the .

Get head, face, neck and shoulder coverage with 3M™ Versaflo™ S-Series Hood S433, ideal when working in food and beverage, healthcare or pharmaceutical manufacturing. The integrated head suspension ensures the eyes and face are comfortably shielded by the cover from liquid splash and low energy flying particles and dust. The cost-effective headtop has been manufactured using a 2-layer laminated film material.

S433S and S433L headtops meet the highest respiratory performance requirements when used with specific 3M air delivery units. They have reduced curvature visors for reduced reflections and glare and excellent field of view. Visors also provide eye and face protection to EN166 – liquid splash and low energy impact, offer improved comfort, low airflow noise and reduced fogging. Connect via the new, strengthened BT-Series breathing tubes. Integrated head suspension headcovers and hoods, Versaflo-S Series is ready to use out of the box.

Available in two sizes Small/Medium S-433S and Medium/Large S-433L.

According to the system chosen, protection is provided against:
• Particles e.g. fine dusts, mists and metal fume.
• Gases & vapours.
• Particles & gases combined.

S-Series Head cover S-433 is compatible with to provide a power-assisted system for respiratory protection against particulates. According to HSE Guidance (HSG53), all users of negative pressure should take a break at least every hour to reduce the risk of wearer fatigue. Wearing powered air respirators removes this need and so employees can work continuously, more comfortably for longer durations.

A peel-off visor cover can extend the service life of your visor by protecting it from contaminants and scratches during use. are available in a pack of 10, are self-adhesive and can be easily applied and torn off.
