The 3M S-Series High Durability Hood S-533 with integrated head suspension and face seal is similar to the S-433 but with a more durable, soft, quiet, low-linting fabric that more readily drapes comfortably over the wearer.

Get head, face and eye protection with 3M Versaflo S-Series High Durability Hood, available in Small S-533S and Large S-533L. The integrated head suspension offers head, face, neck and shoulder coverage and the eyes and face are shielded by the cover from liquid splash and low energy flying particles and dust. Our cost-effective headtop has been manufactured using a durable, soft, and low-linting fabric for user comfort. The integrated suspension makes it suitable for applications that require frequent replacement of the entire headtop assembly or where there is less soiling of the outer fabric. The suspension assembly and air inlet components can be easily removed and separated for segregated waste streams. There’s no assembly required so it can be used straight out of the box.

The 3M Versaflo Series Headcovers and Hoods combines respiratory protection with head coverage. The headtops are designed to be used with 3M air delivery unit to form a respiratory protective device, it is compatible with the 3M Versaflo TR-315UK.

S-533 headtops meet the highest respiratory performance requirements when used with specific 3M air delivery units. They have reduced curvature visors for reduced reflections and glare and excellent field of view. Visors also provide eye and face protection to EN166 – liquid splash and low energy impact, offer improved comfort, low airflow noise and reduced fogging. Connect via the new, strengthened BT-Series breathing tubes. Integrated head suspension headcovers and hoods, Versaflo-S Series is ready to use out of the box.

S-Series Head cover S-333 is compatible with 3M Versaflo TR-315UK to provide a power-assisted system for respiratory protection against particulates. According to HSE Guidance (HSG53), all users of negative pressure should take a break at least every hour to reduce the risk of wearer fatigue. Wearing powered air respirators removes this need and so employees can work continuously, more comfortably for longer durations.

A peel-off visor cover can extend the service life of your visor by protecting it from contaminants and scratches during use. 3M S-920 Peel-Off Visor Covers are available in a pack of 10, are self-adhesive and can be easily applied and torn off.
